Refund policy

• For all returns contact us on our contact page.
• 30-day money back guarantee. Returns of Undamaged/Uninstalled items with the original packaging and accessories may be issued full refunds less a 10% restocking fee.
• Items that have been installed may be returned within 30 days. Condition of items to be determined after testing and inspection. Restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the item and if there are any missing parts or damaged packaging. 
• Customer pays return shipping on returns.  
• Please note some battery returns may require special documentation and packaging, and these instances will encounter extra fees. This is in order to correctly comply with lithium battery shipping regulations. For all return shipping we recommend using a local shipping service like FedEx office or the UPS Store.
• All returns require an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization)

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback against Victron Guy. If a customer conducts a chargeback or other payment dispute against Victron Guy, the customer agrees to pay for the full amount of the chargeback plus any reasonable attorney fees, collection fees, court costs and other expenses incurred by Victron Guy to enforce this policy.
